To effectively safeguard the physical and mental health of employees and implement warm care initiatives, on the afternoon of June 5, 2026, Neostar United, in collaboration with the Zhonglou District Federation of Trade Unions, organized the "Carnation" Employee Health Care Special Event. The event invited Dr. Kong, Director of the Preventive Treatment Department of Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to the Neostar United’s conference room. Dr. Kong delivered a professional lecture on TCM constitution and wellness, bringing health services directly to the employees.
At the beginning of the event, Dr. Kong delivered a presentation titled "Exploring Constitution, Unlocking the Code to Health." Using on-screen courseware, she started with practical topics such as the nine TCM constitution classifications, causes of different body constitutions, daily dietary adjustments, and seasonal wellness dos and don’ts, breaking down complex TCM knowledge in accessible language. Addressing widespread workplace health issues like sedentary fatigue, excessive dampness, and irregular routines, she provided detailed explanations of dietary remedies, daily living adjustments, and simple health maintenance tips. The attending employees listened attentively throughout, diligently noting key wellness points. They frequently raised questions related to their personal health conditions, creating a strong atmosphere of engagement and learning.
Following the theoretical lecture, the event proceeded to the pulse-taking consultation session, which was the most anticipated part for everyone. Dr. Kong provided one-on-one pulse diagnosis and consultations on-site. Using the four diagnostic methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine—observation, listening, questioning, and pulse-taking—she conducted thorough examinations, addressing each individual’s constitution, daily routines, and health concerns with tailored explanations. Personalized wellness plans were customized for each participant. Employees lined up in an orderly manner for up-close consultations, resolving their daily health and wellness questions face-to-face, and experiencing firsthand the charm of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
